3. Regarding your vitamins...i was told by my former trainer that if a vitamin makes you nausceous that it doesn't agree with your body. One-a-days ALWAYS make me sick to the point where my mouth waters, i feel like i'm going to vomit etc if I take them on an empty stomach. I LOVE "Animal Paks" by Universal.
nope, i'm not drinking extra fluids or extra caffeine. i usually run to the bathroom all the time too, but i noticed extra trips on fast days.
re the vitamins: i take multi vits from Life Extension and i'm normally ok...except on fast days. maybe i'll give the Animal Paks a shot.
happy fasting...i was thinking of trying a 2-3 day fast this weekend. at least that was my rationale for not fasting as usual this past monday.
