Hello everyone,

I have just discovered that our forum host provider had a hard drive crash and we have lost all of our data for July. Sadly we've only been up and running for July so we're going to be starting over again.

Our provider is installing a more secure and powerful back up system so this cannot happen again. Brad and i will also be backing up our files more frequently so we will not be in this situation again.

just to reassure you, we're still here and the grrlathlete forum is still moving forward. Plesae continue posting as usual. We'll get there.

Sorry to hear about the crash but it could have been worse. Imagine this happening 6 months or a year down the road and losing that much data.

I enjoyed reading the boards and look forward to seeing more in the future. Hope it's smooth sailing from here on out.
