Brad and I created grrlathlete about 5 years ago as a workout and nutrition resource for women. I've studied nutrition and exercise at the graduate level as well as taught it at the university undergraduate level. I've worked in the supplement industry and have a hand in developing many of the popular supplements you can currently find on the market.
Now we develop innovative new workout and diet strategies to help everyone reach thier fitness and lifestyle goals.
