Great sign in name!

From my experience the best place to start is with nutrition, and start slowly.

Take small steps and assess what you can and can't live without in your daily diet.

Once you get this in order, then start into exercise, again with small steps.

The biggest best changes take time and consistency.

Hope this helps,

BP
