hey! first time ever posting anything anywhere! my name is karen, im a long time exerciser im really excited about the new exercises i have been doing. i was a fitness instructor and trainer for years and then went through a life changing experience that put all on hold. i waas always geared toward aerobics, hours and hours, afraid of any lower body work. i carry the majority if body fat bolow waist and any time i did any interval or lwr body resistance training, even though i loved both, i would notice my jeans getting tighter!! how depressing it was to not be able to see any definition in my legs, when my upper body would look great! recently i have been doing interval traing and lower body resistance, mostly body weight training and im starting to see results. i have been forced to eat a low fat diet because of gallbladder problems. and wow, i think im starting to see results i could have only dreamed of before. any fee :D :D d back would be greatly appreciated, and thank you to all who care about efficient, result giving, exercise. i love to work hard and im willing to do whatever it takes.
