LOVE Eat-Stop-Eat

Postby Clem on Thu Aug 23, 2007 10:07 pm

I read Eat-Stop-Eat this weekend and loved it. I actually started my first fast at 6:00 (4 minutes in! haha).

I have a question: I'm a journal-junkie, I find it easier to hold myself accountable and also love for people to learn from reading my experiences. I just wanted to ask if it would be acceptable to keep a journal of my E-S-E experience on the forum.

Thanks! :D

Clem, by all means have your journal on the forum. Maybe even start a new title thread with that so people will know where to find it.

I'm excited to see how it goes for you...I've been goin for about 10 months now...so I always get excited to hear how other people do.

Awesome, thanks so much!!!! I'm running out the door right now, but I'll be sure to start my journal (in a new thread as suggested) before the end of the weekend.

First fast day down and it was a ton easier than anticipated. No post fast binge either, which was my biggest concern.

More to come...sorry to run out on ya...

Have a great night all!! :P :P

Hi Clem,

I'm glad you like the book! A journal is a great idea, I can't wait to see your take on the program.
