I follow lots of your programms but don't feel I am pushing myself hard enough in the gym. I bulk up really easily and don't want that look - so at the moment am doing high reps with quite low weights - is this going to give me the toned, lean look I want? I feel like I have no direction.

I love eat stop eat by the way - never thought I would be able to fast but its so good and not even that hard.

Hi Lucy,

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying Eat Stop Eat.

The 6 Minute Circuits is based around the program that John uses for the Varsity Girls Hockey team he coaches.

The goal of the program really isn't to gain a lot of muscle, but rather to get the girls into shape very quickly.

It is a combination of weight exercises and bodyweight movements, if you go to the website www.6minutecircuits.com, you can download a free sample of the workout.
