I've been using ESE for about three weeks now. The problem is, I don't seem to be sustaining any weight loss--or showing any appreciable fat loss (I use calipers and a scale that ostensibly measures BF). I'll see a little dip in my weight mid-week when I fast, but by Monday I'm back to about 125.
I don't think I'm binging or eating too rashly--I'm already accustomed to eating fairly clean and generally limit myself to one or two cheat meals per week. For exercise I follow one of the Turbulence Training regimens.
I have been fasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Are they too close together?
