I found the link to grrlAthlete on TurbulenceTraining.com. I love Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat and Craig Ballantyne's TT workouts. Looks like there aren't alot of posts on this site, but I'll keep checking. I've got 13 lbs I'd like to get rid of before my wedding in about 14 weeks. I think Eat Stop Eat and Turbulence Training will get me there. I'm from the Pittsburgh area and I work in a Chiropractic office assisting patients with physical therapy and rehab. Any words of wisdom or advice about how to best achieve my goals would be greatly appreciated.
