pretty disappointing losing all the data - really, daily backups are a pretty basic procedure for anyone running a commercial enterprise. I hope you kicked that provider's a***. Surprised you're still with them actually, I wouldn't be.

Anyway, hello again ! 38yo, live in Sydney. Following Turbulence Training programmes for my training. Hope a few more grrls give you guys another chance and come back to this forum !

So, do I. I never posted but I do know that with this format many forums have continual troubles with losing data for good.

Most have moved on to other formats.

I hope people come back...it looks like it is very slooow here!

I completed my first 6minutecircuit work out this morning - I felt like a wet noodle for the next hour. The intensity of the work out pleasantly surprised me. My goal will be to complete the 4-day per week program - starting as a beginner. I'm looking forward to sore muscles tomorrow!
