Red Carpet Ready Workout Program

Postby sarahinc on Wed Aug 15, 2007 3:49 pm

I purchased the Red Carpet Ready Program by Valerie Waters a few weeks ago when I received an email about it from grrlAthlete. Now that I have received it, I am worried that the workouts will not be challenging enough to make it worth it. I have been doing Turbulence Training for quite a few months, and I really enjoy it, but I thought that the Red Carpet Ready program might be a good one for the last 6 weeks before my wedding in October. I assume since it was recommended by grrlathlete that you think it is a good program, but many of the Red Carpet Ready workouts involved little to no weights and lots of repetition.

Does anyone know anything about the program and its effectiveness and/or have suggestions about how to maximize my workouts the last two months before my wedding?

Thanks!

Hi,

We have reviewed the red carpet ready program, and you're right it is very different from Turbulence Training and The 6 Minute Circuits Workout.

Also, you can make any workout harder or easier based on how hard you push.

It is good to change your program up every now and then (just as you were thinking for the last 6 weeks before your wedding)

If you try it and don't like it, I'm sure Valerie will give you a refund. Let us know how it goes, and we'll find a workout that suits you better.
