Shapeshift e-book question

I recently purchased the shapeshift e-book and have a simple question. On page 30 under complimentary circuit #1, it lists "cable lifts (12 reps/set)". I'm not an "advanced athlete" but I am also not a beginner. I am fairly familiar with the names of different lifts/exercises. However, this name seems generic or vague to me. Can someone help me with a more specific description of Cable Lifts? Thanks so much!
