Brad, regarding today's MOBM e-mail

I actually read a study the other day about jogging and steady-state cardio that really intrigued me...

It basically said that a group of 50+ year old women ran on a treadmill for 60 mins per day, 5 days per week, over the course of
a year.

Do you know what the AVERAGE fat loss reported from the group was?

A stunning 4 pounds!

I've been preaching the interval gospel for a long time now :) but I'm always grateful for more info to back it up. Can you give me the specifics regarding where and when this study took place?

Wow,

I'm sorry I let this post get by me. I've got back though my records and can't find the email where I said that, so I'm not sure which study I was referring to.

Now I know why I didnt remember that study, that post was written a different Brad.

I think the person in that picture is Brad King....

Looks like a good study though, I'll have to look it up for both of us.
