greetings

Hi. I'm a married female and mother of 2. I'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs. I would love to lose 20 lbs, but I think people would start force feeding me then. :)

I've fasted in the past, so I don't think it will be too hard for me to stay disciplined. I just forced myself to stop though, because of "starvation mode" and "muscle deterioration".

Here's to hoping this is the *LAST* fat loss product I will ever have to buy!
