which package

i'm interested in getting the ESE book, but don't know which package to get - basic, deluxe, or advanced. does anyone own the advanced package and can say whether the extra stuff is worth it or not? also, if you get a lower package and decide to upgrade later on, will they only charge an upgrade fee, or will they charge the full price?
